Myguide Internet Courses
At Whitby Network we offer a supportive learning environment for anyone wanting to discover the benefits of being online and get more out of the Internet. We provide weekly hour-long classes (at a cost of £1 per lesson for use of the computers) using the Myguide website through which you can discover more of what you can do online from the basics of using a mouse and keyboard, sending email and searching for information to understanding internet shopping, online banking and even researching your family tree! With the help of a tutor you will be able discover for yourself what the Internet might have to offer you and the benefits it could bring to your life through a flexible programme of courses geared towards your own interests and needs.
